We understand that the schedules of our discerning clients can be dynamic. Because we reserve the studio and our creative team exclusively for your commission, we require 72 hours' notice for any rescheduling requests.
Rescheduling: Appointments moved with at least 72 hours' notice may be rescheduled once without penalty.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation or short-notice reschedule (less than 72 hours), the session retainer is non-refundable, as this time was curated specifically for you.
We appreciate your commitment to the creative process and the archival nature of our work.
-
To ensure the full creative potential of your commission, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period.
Adjusted Session Time: Please note that late arrivals will result in a shortened session time to ensure our teams remain on schedule for subsequent clients.
Artistic Impact: Because our hair and makeup artists require specific windows of time to achieve our signature 'Fine Art' look, arrivals later than 30 minutes may require a full reschedule and a new session retainer.
We appreciate your punctuality in helping us maintain the calm, curated environment necessary for high-level portraiture.
